Lucy’s 100% tailored and individual sessions will help you get there by Support and Small Steps which lead to Success.

Support
Your sessions will be 100% tailored and personalised to you to give you the best support on your sleep journey. Lucy is a qualified R.E.S.T programme® practitioner . These sessions can be arranged in either blocks of 1 or 4 weekly sessions of 50 minutes.

Small Steps
It is likely that your assessment will uncover more than one area where positive changes can be made. The good news is you do not have to tackle all of these at once! With Lucy’s guidance you work together to design small steps to transform your sleep which can seem less intimidating and create more successful and quicker results.

Achieve success! Lucy’s individualised “Triple S” sleep coaching programme of Support and Small Steps leads to Success. This combination has been proven to be more successful than any sleep medication and is also more effective than generalised sleep intervention including first generation CBT-i.
